Notice to Chofu Residential Area Tenants

Attention to the following:



１．All tenants are advised to take more care of their properties due to recent theft of vehicle such as cars and bicycle.
２．Leaks to the lower level of residential area are often happened due to washing machine overflow. Thus, please take more care while using the washing machine.
３．There were reports regarding stray cats are settling in the residential area. Be aware that all tenants are prohibited from keeping pet or such on the property. Furthermore, please do not feed stray dogs, and cats.
４．Garbage collection rule: Please purchase and utilize Chofu Garbage bag. Other use of plastic bag such as supermarket plastic bags are strictly prohibited. The use of collection bags other than the permitted ones will not be tolerated and exempted from collection.
Please be aware of the current Obligation and keep up to it.
